Precious Lil' Jewels Early Childhood Enrichment is committed to providing the type of atmosphere that will help your child develop physical, intellectual, social, and emotional skills.
Children need a combination of quiet, active, group, and individual activities. We recognize and provide for the developmental differences in children. Our top priority is keeping children safe, loved and nurtured, giving working parents peace of mind.
Parents are always granted unlimited access to the daycare during its hours of operation, for the purpose of seeing their child, along with evaluating the care provided by the daycare.
If there are custody issues involved with the child, YOU MUST provide the daycare with court documents indicating who has permission to pick-up and/or visit the child. Custody visitation must take place outside the daycare.
Daycare WILL NOT deny a parent access to their child without documentation.

Parents needing assistance with a problem or complaint related to the daycare can text the daycare cell or call the daycare cell between the hours of 7:30am–6:00pm. Cellphone is shut off after 6:00pm, so issues will be handled the next business day.

Inclusion of Children with Special Needs Policy
We accept children with special needs and will make changes to ensure full inclusion of the children in everyday routines and activities. Guidance about recommended adaptations and procedures necessary to ensure the children's health, safety, and inclusion will be solicited from the child's family and medical and/or educational services currently providing services for the child and their family.
A release of information must be signed by the parent before consultation with any service or individual other than family occurs. Within one week of enrollment a special care plan and emergency information plan will be completed with the family.
All staff that have contact with children with special needs will receive training to facilitate inclusion.
Provider Responsibilities
I will provide a licensed, safe childcare home/center. The environment, interaction, and activities will support the physical and emotional needs of the children in my care. Completely supervised indoor and outdoor play is provided. Toys are furnished for children. I will not be responsible for lost or broken toys from home. I will provide wipes for children who still require diaper changing (unless allergic to brand I provide, in that case parent provides). I will provide a rest period for the children daily.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to notify the provider of any changes in the child's routine. Parents will supply a set of clean, seasonally appropriate change of clothes. If needed, parents will supply diapers, clean napping blankets (which will be washed weekly by the provider), training pants, and A.M. if desired. Parents must report any changes to address, phone numbers, employment work hours, or persons designated to pick up your child immediately so that I may contact you in the event of an emergency.
Attendance Policy for CCDF Recipients
If your child(ren) is absent, they will be marked absent. Children are allowed a total of 40 absences in a calendar year. Upon enrollment, you will be made aware of the absences you've accumulated. If a child exceeds absences, they will lose their childcare voucher, and the parent/guardian will have to wait 90 days before they can be added to the waiting list.
If there are set days your child WON'T attend (consecutively), they will be marked for "OFF DAYS".
If a child(ren) needs to take a leave of absence, IT MUST BE SCHEDULED! Parent MUST request for the provider to put in for a "GAP CARE VOUCHER," and it takes 2 WEEKS to process BEFORE the child takes their leave. Gap care vouchers do not go into effect immediately, so if a child doesn't attend BEFORE the requested date, they will be marked absent.
I have read and understand the attendance policy. Provider has informed me of the number of days my child(ren) have been marked absent (PRIOR to first day). I have also included days my child WILL NOT be in attendance; to be marked as "OFF DAYS".
